Admission Terms & Conditions
Thank you for supporting the Chester County Balloon Festival by purchasing individual General Admission tickets. These tickets are good any of the 3 days of the event. All ticket sales are final. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
While the event goes on some attractions may need to be altered or even canceled due to weather. Safety is our number one concern for everybody. If attractions need to be shut down it is because its NOT SAFE TO OPERATE. NO funds will be return.
As for Hot Air Balloons
For the safety of all who attend, balloon operation are controlled by the FAA, Each pilots make his or her decision to fly according to his or her abilities. Mother Nature dictates winds and rain. The weather dictates safe flight and your individual safety and the safety of your family and friends pilots and crew. If Balloons do not fly, It’s simply not safe. Please enjoy all other activities and attractions.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT for Hot Air Balloon Flights
I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in hot air ballooning/sporting activities. I understand and I am aware that hot air ballooning is a hazardous activity. I understand that hot air ballooning and the use of ballooning equipment involve a risk of injury or death. I also understand that the property upon which the take-off or landing of the balloon may not be in a safe condition.
I agree to follow all the instructions of the pilot in command during hot air balloon activities.
I understand that my failure to do so may jeopardize my safety, the safety of the pilot, other passengers, and other persons.
I hereby irrevocably release Stellar Hot Air Ballooning LLC, its member(s), pilot(s), representatives, balloon crew, sponsors, agents, successors, heirs, assigns and legal representatives (“Released Parties”) from all claims, rights, demands or actions for ordinary negligence which I , or my successors, heirs or assigns may have against or sue the Released Parties for injuries, death or property damages related to the ballooning activities and/or use of the balloon equipment, even if any injury or death or damage is caused to me or my property is due to ordinary negligence of the Released Parties or the dangerous condition of any property upon which the ballooning activities may take place.
In the event of litigation with respect to the ballooning activities or this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover attorney fees and the costs of litigation.
I certify that I have no medical or mental condition that prevents me from participating in ballooning activities.
