Since 1998, the Chester County Balloon Festival has been the largest and continuing Hot Air Balloon Festival in operation in the Brandywine Valley in Chester County and the state of Pennsylvania. The Chester County Balloon Festival is a non-profit organization with portions of the proceeds going to Boy Scouts Troop 52. Chester County Hero’s Fund, Local Police, Fire and Fire Police plus EMS.

The 3-day event schedule highlights of Hot Air Balloons from all over the country taking flight twice per day, balloon glow or stand up also featuring Special Shaped Balloon Rodeo, untethered and tethered balloon rides, and a walk-thru balloon. All controlled by weather and the Presidential TFR.

In addition, the 3-day event includes a beer garden, live music performed by local bands, great Chester County foods, local made crafts, kid zone and much, much more.
